Resource Law LLC appoints new Managing Director

Resource Law LLC is delighted to announce the appointment of Bernard Yee as Managing Director, effective from 1 December 2019.

Bernard has been a director of the firm since March 2016. He was admitted to the Singapore bar in 2001 and is an experienced Singapore litigator and dispute resolution practitioner. He is also a Fellow of The Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Inquiry Panel constituted under the Legal Profession Act, a committee member of the Maritime Law Association of Singapore, and a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

Former managing director, Mohan Subbaraman, has stepped down following his appointment by the President of Singapore as a Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court of Singapore, effective from 3 January 2020.
