Successful trainees in the Disputes practice area can expect to be involved in a wide range of contentious work, particularly in commercial litigation, employment and shipping, while applicants in the Corporate practice area are expected to have an interest in cross border M&A, capital markets, financing or restructuring & insolvency. Proficiency in Chinese would be considered favourably for both practice areas.
