Lyn is a dual-qualified M&A lawyer in Singapore and England and Wales with extensive experience advising private equity funds, multinationals, and listed entities on high-value cross-border transactions spanning key global markets. Her practice covers the full spectrum of corporate M&A, including private acquisitions and disposals, fundraising and investments, and public takeovers and privatisations, with particular depth in multi-jurisdictional joint ventures and cross-border deals across various sectors.

  • Acted for an education-focused private equity fund in its investment in a Vietnamese edtech startup’s Series B fundraising and corporate restructuring.
  • Acted for an APAC real estate investment management firm on multi-level joint ventures in connection with its S$450 million acquisition of prime real estate in Singapore.
  • Advised a NASDAQ-listed SPAC on its US$656 million de-SPAC transaction with a global technology solutions provider, including restructuring and amalgamation matters.
  • Acted for the production arm of one of Malaysia’s largest conglomerates, in its S$227 million acquisition of a controlling stake in a leading Mainboard-listed APAC industrial group.
  • Acted for a leading waste management and environmental services provider in its privatisation via a scheme of arrangement by a diversified Mainboard-listed investment holding company.
