Nicholas is a financial regulatory and fintech lawyer with a focus on digital assets and Web 3.

He has advised on a diverse range of regulatory issues, including licensing and structuring, conduct of business, the issuance and listing of digital assets, crypto derivatives, stablecoins, proprietary trading and cross-border offerings.

Nicholas also has transactional experience, having prepared token fundraising documentation as well as user-facing service agreements for an array of Web 3 clients ranging from game finance start-ups to real estate tokenisation platforms and blockchain trade finance platforms.
